Prior to becoming a home inspector, he worked in the power industry inspecting, operating, and managing facilities throughout the southeast and this experience and knowledge is brought to bear on every inspection. When he is not inspecting homes or helping agents and clients, you can find Paul outdoors enjoying quality time with his family and friends.

With 20 years of experience in building, residential remodeling, and rental property maintenance, Aric possesses extensive expertise in identifying and resolving home defects. Since joining Delta Residential in 2021, he has consistently demonstrated attention to detail, thorough inspections, and clear communication with realtors and clients. Aric is a former United States Marine Corps combat engineer. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, boating, and spending time with his family. He is recognized for his professionalism, integrity, and reliability.

Jason has been employed with Delta Residential performing home inspections for about the last 10 years. Prior to a career in home inspecting, Jason had a successful career in law enforcement, both in Texas and North Carolina. Jason prides himself in being both extremely detailed oriented and in customer service, taking whatever time is necessary to ensure that his clients are comfortable and well informed during and after the inspection process. When not fulfilling the duties of home inspection, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and his two adult children. Jason is also an avid sports fan, DIY'er, and outdoorsman.

Before entering the home inspection field, Dante spent more than 20 years as a prepress systems specialist, graphic designer and production artist, honing skills in visual analysis, problem-solving, and accuracy under pressure—qualities that now translate seamlessly into delivering thorough and reliable home inspections. Combining his technical expertise with clear communication and integrity, Dante is dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluations and peace of mind to every client served.

A North Carolina native, Greg brings 25 years of experience in pest control and new construction, which lends itself to his work as a licensed home inspector. He is dedicated to providing clients with detailed, easy-to-understand inspection reports. Outside of work, Greg enjoys sports and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Brent has been a licensed home inspector for almost five years and has a meticulous eye for detail. As a North Carolina native, he is invested in serving his community with integrity and honesty. Prior to obtaining his license, Brent had a long career in customer service and hospitality which is brought to bear on his inspections. He is an active member of his church and involved in leadership and serving his community. He enjoys playing games with friends and spending time with his wife and their pets.

With an engineering degree, 10 years of residential home construction experience, and 17 years of home inspection experience, John offers extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of home inspection. He is especially proficient in all facets of new home construction, including pre-drywall inspections and warranty inspections. With over 6,000 inspections performed in the Triangle area, John's expertise is a welcome addition to the Delta Residential team. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the beach and mountain areas of NC with his wife of 33 years and enjoying a round of golf with friends.
