Paul has been doing inspections with Delta Residential for the past decade. He prides himself on providing detailed reports and explaining issues in a simple down-to-earth manner to help the clients make informed decisions. Prior to becoming a home inspector, he worked in the power industry inspecting, operating, and managing facilities throughout the southeast and this experience and knowledge is brought to bear on every inspection. When he is not inspecting homes or helping agents and clients, you can find Paul outdoors enjoying quality time with his family and friends.

With 20 years of experience in building, residential remodeling, and rental property maintenance, Aric possesses extensive expertise in identifying and resolving home defects. Since joining Delta Residential in 2021, he has consistently demonstrated attention to detail, thorough inspections, and clear communication with realtors and clients. Aric is a former United States Marine Corps combat engineer. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, boating, and spending time with his family. He is recognized for his professionalism, integrity, and reliability.

Jason has been employed with Delta Residential performing home inspections for about the last 10 years. Prior to a career in home inspecting, Jason had a successful career in law enforcement, both in Texas and North Carolina. Jason prides himself in being both extremely detailed oriented and in customer service, taking whatever time is necessary to ensure that his clients are comfortable and well informed during and after the inspection process. When not fulfilling the duties of home inspection, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and his two adult children. Jason is also an avid sports fan, DIY'er, and outdoorsman.

Do I need to be present for the inspection?
